| National Defence Academy (Army Wing) | The candidate should have passed the 12th Class of 10+2 Pattern of School Education or Equivalent by the state board or university. |
| Air Force & Naval Wings of NDA and for the 10+2 cadet entry scheme of the Naval Academy | The candidate should have passed the 12th Class of 10+2 Pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by the state board and university. |
