- (For Outside of Bihar)- Graduate in Agriculture/ agriculture marketing/ agri-business management or BBA or equivalent.
- (For Local Professionals)- Graduate in Agriculture/ agriculture marketing/ agri-business management or BBA or equivalent or 10+2 and Diploma in Agriculture/ agriculture marketing/ agri-business management or other related areas
- (For Members of SHG or Family members of SHG)-10+2 and Diploma in Agriculture/ agriculture marketing/ agri-business management or other related areas.
- Minimum 1-year experience of working for farmers at the grass-root level.
Accountant –
- 10+2 in Commerce or Accountancy.
- Knowledge of accounting software (tally etc) is a must
- SHG members/ Family members/ Book Keeper will be given preference in the selection process.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as an accountant handling financial transactions with exposure to accounting
