Educational Qualification

Chief Executive Officer (CEO-FPC) –

• (For Outside of Bihar)- Graduate in Agriculture/ agriculture marketing/ agri-business management or BBA or equivalent.
• (For Local Professionals)- Graduate in Agriculture/ agriculture marketing/ agri-business management or BBA or equivalent or 10+2 and Diploma in Agriculture/ agriculture marketing/ agri-business management or other related areas
• (For Members of SHG or Family members of SHG)-10+2 and Diploma in Agriculture/ agriculture marketing/ agri-business management or other related areas.
• Minimum 1-year experience of working for farmers at the grass-root level.

Accountant –

• 10+2 in Commerce or Accountancy.
• Knowledge of accounting software (tally etc) is a must
• SHG members/ Family members/ Book Keeper will be given preference in the selection process.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as an accountant handling financial transactions with exposure to accounting

• 29,000/- per month in the first year,
